► Just use NVU editor (www.nvu.com), it's free and wont tie you down to one method of editing. NVU pages can be transferrable to frontpage or dreamweaver html editor

its sort of free hosting, but you are limited to a subdomain on googlepages & geo has ads on your website - otherwise I would use http://www.interkeys.com/tophosts... to get one for a few bucks a month with 500 GIG bandwidth and the rich with features
its up to you how developed a site you want and if you want to use your own domain name - play around with teh NVU editor and insert the banner code into a page to see how it works.

how did you get an affiliate without having a website in the first place?
I use 2. One is vdeck the other is omni builder. here are examples of each:

If you already have a domain name, you can transfer it to just about any web host for a small fee $5-$20. Then you have to pay monthly host fees. $5-$50 p/m
Try to find one that lets you browse their templates. Some really suck, and once you've paid for it you are stuck.
wet paint is a good one, but your editing options are limited. Good templates though.
