My site recorded click through rate(CTR) of 80%.That's because it is accessed by a community group and i haven't clicked on these ads. Will i be thrown out of google adsense? what can i do to prevent myself of being thrown out of this programme.

Don't worry. google check on each click based on ips. so long as you didn't click the ads yourself or using your own phonelines, its okay.

Talk to google right now about the issue or they will boot you out of Adsence for good.
Anything over 10% will be red flaged right away. CTR rarely get over 6% and generaly hang below 3%
