Question:
I am living in the country my ads are running. My ads are showing up under some of my keywords that I am searching, but the keywords that are not producing my ads don't seem to be inactivated by google. Typically Google should be slowing or disabling words that have low CTR's, but these are not even producing impressions of our ad, so I don't know if they are hurting the entire campaign and I should remove them, or come up with a different ad with more relevance to those words...there isn't any data that I can find that is giving me feedback one way or the other.

You seem to be very confused.
Google gives you good stats on the ads that are seen and clicked thru on. Combine these with your web stats.
Also your ad will not show up every time that you enter the key word - their is a rotation of the ads.
