Adsense makes me 5 digits a month, while legitimate paid surveys pay $5 per survey (in Pinecone Research, I get about 2-4 surveys a month). I will NEVER trade Adsense or Amazon (where I earn a couple of thousand a month from their Marketplace and about $5,000 from their Associates program) for any paid surveys.
You can NEVER EVER hope to earn even $5,000 a month with paid surveys.
Legitimate market survey companies such as Pinecone Research recruit members based on demographic characteristics -- e.g. mothers of babies 0-12 years old -- and will send surveys of products and services targeting this demographic group. Pinecone Research, however, pays only $5 per survey -- you're definitely not going to be rich with that. They can give you anywhere from 1-5 at most surveys in a month.
Other companies simply ask you to answer as many research as possible, and you don't earn anything just the chance to win at a raffle (which I find lame).

AdSense is an advertising program run by Google. Website owners can enroll in this program to enable text and image advertisements on their sites. If you can't earn with Google Adsense believe me you wont earn with any other similar website.
I have tried tens of websites like Google Adsense but no one payed so better than Google Adsense do. In fact no one payed more than 15-20% of how much Google Adsense payed me.
And think about that I am running ads since December 2002.
