I really want to have adsense for my website but I am not old enough to have tax info. I am only 15 so how do I get passed that. I know of a kid who is 13 and owns a website and has adsense on his site? How is this possible. I cant get in contact with him because he doesnt provide contact info.
What do I do?

You must be 18 to get into Adsense. If you are a minor, you need to have your parent's consent -- in order for them to give their Tax ID number.
Google reports to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) the income of its publishers and will send you a 1099. Request the permission of your parents and let them apply to Google Adsense for you.
