Which one is the best affiliate program for earning money from our web pages?
Question:
Answers:
I mod several large affiliate forums, including my own. One question that consistently comes up is:
"What is the best affiliate program or how do I find the best affiliate program?" If this is a question you have ever asked - here are some tips.
1) What is your current site about and who are your visitors? What are they interested in? Find products and services that will appeal to them and THINK OUTSIDE THE BOX! For instance if you have a site about travel, don't just promote hotel and airline affiliate programs, add travel insurance, Amazon books about travel and Luggage.
2) What are you passionate about? What do you know a lot about? If you can find an affiliate program that ties into your interests or hobbies you will be ahead of the game! WHY? Because it can take some time to generate income and if it's something you are interested in it will give you the incentive to keep building more pages PLUS you can add valuable content to your site based on your knowledge of the subject.
3) Make a list of all the potential products and services that you think may be a good fit for either your existing site or a new niche site based on #2. Then go to Commission Junction or ShareaSale or one of the affiliate directories like 5 Star Affiliate Programs or AffiliateTip and find several programs then compare the following:
Commissions
Cookie length
Is the merchant site designed for optimum conversion rates?

The best affiliate program is going to be the one that offers your customers a value added product and pays you your commission without fail. Depending on the content of your site the product should also fall within its basic parameters.
Hope this helps. ClickBank.com is the one I use to sell my digital products. Digital products have the largest profit margin, fastest delivery and ClickBank has a great reputation for paying commissions in a timely manner and offers customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee. My affiliates earn an enormous 75% since they do all the work. I help them by offering a value added product that customers desperately need and greatly appreciate.
Clickbank is quite good. I have been an affiliate marketer for a little over a year now. and Clickbank accounts for about 70% of my commissions every month.
I have created a website which shares some of my experiences. You can check it out here:

The program best for you depends upon your website and the types of people who visit it.
If you have a website about MP3s; for example, and if most of your website visitors are ages 18 to 30, chances are they came to your website for MP3s, not for 'travel information', 'retirement homes', etc. So, you would need affiliate program that appeal to people who visit your website.
Also, even if you sell your own merchandise through your website, some of your visitors may need a credit card to make online purchases. So, you need to put yourself into the minds of your website visitors... what are they looking for, why did they come to your website, and how you can help them.
You can find some affiliate programs at the link below which might be able to help you help your visitors.
