It is not enough to only increase the number of visitors to your website. The best approach is more holistic:
- create unique content on your website in an area of interest to you,
- Search Engine Optimise your site so search engines will direct plenty of pre-qualified traffic to you for free,
- Choose a website topic that has plenty of AdWords competition so they need to bid highly and pay you more for each click,
- Read all about the standard ways of increasing the number of clicks on AdSense adds (most of which is available from the Google AdSense Forum),
- Experiment on your own site, carefully monitoring your results using dedicated channels that you can setup within AdSense, so you can compare different approaches.
We created a business website that has been established for several years and have nicely Search Engine Optimised it ourselves. We just recently added Google AdSense to it and are starting to ramp up income using the above approaches.

You can use press releases, article submissions, Adwords and other reputable pay per click -- but NOT those schemes which promises 100,000 visitors for only $29.99. The quality of the traffic is important. Or your account will be terminated because you are not bringing quality traffic to Adsense advertisers.
I advise you to focus on other sources of traffic.
You can't. Google will detect that you are sending them automated traffic and terminate your account.
If you really want to use those traffic generating sites, what you can do is to direct them to a page without a google ad, and create an incentive for visitors on that page to click through to your main site where they can see your ad.
it is not recommended to use traffic swarms.google will simply disable your account.
