1)Stop the campaigns so that further money is not spent.
2)Set up a smaller daily budget while you sort it out.
3)Stop all keywords that have not performed well or cost more than the returns.
4)Do a further keyword search and set up new campaigns.
5)Review your ads.

I would do this soon though because adwords can cost fortunes of money if setup wrong and lose even more in revenues too.
