Yes, you can run (as long as your site is accepted) Google Adsense while also accepting donations via PayPal. At some time in the future, Google may make it easy to accept site donations via their CheckOut program and at that time you can decide whether to switch or not. But your safe as far as doing donations and Adsense at the same time.
