Answers:
Through the Google AdSense manager (http://www.google.com/adsense )
Using Google Media Bot which crawl your webpage and send relevant ads to that particular webpage for a particular keywords.
Probably the Adsense Manager as above, but mostly I wanted to say that is the best fictional situation question I ever read.
Google Adsense does NOT allow you to screen out specific words (such as Jumping Jehosephat Fan Club), but allows you to screen out COMPETITIVE URLs -- which mean you will list all the URLs with the words you do not want showing all your site (e.g. JumpingJehosephat.com). If you don't want to see those phrases, you have to list all possible variations of that URL.

You login to you Adsense --> Adsense Setup --> Competitive Ad Filter

You have a limit of up to 200 URLs maximum to filter out.

Here is the information on Adsense Competitive Ad Filter feature

You can only filter 200 websites, check in your adsense account
