Affiliate program requires ID/Drivers Licence/passport for payment?

Question: a new Affiliate program requires ID/Drivers Licence/or passport ., says it is " required by Debit card Co." which is the method of my and others receiving commission. Does that sound correct?
Seems I have paid a membership due and they have my info should be enough, I don't feel comfortable faxing my Drivers licence ID.

hmmmm sounds a little suspicious...just the fact that you had to pay to make them money. Check on scams dotcom and rip off report dot com. Also try to find a member that is doing well with them already. Ask them if there is another option for verification. Debit card payments is rare for an affiliate program. Good luck
