There are thousands. It depends on your interests and on the content of your web site or sites.
Amazon has a large affiliate program, but it pays very low commissions (something like 4% - 8%). There are affiliate programs that pay much higher commission rates than that.

I make VERY little money with Amazon because their commissions are so low.
I make a lot more with Clickbank ( http://www.clickbank.com )Clickbank affiliates make 50%, 60% commission or more when they sell an ebook or other digital product.
I make a few hundred a month through them as an affiliate and a publisher.
