The best free way is to be sure your web site has content on it. You can get free content articles through services like www.goarticles.com or www.articlefactory.com .

Other people write the articles, you have the rights to post them on your web site for free. then, you add a link to your affiliate program on the page too.

If you do a little promoting and make sure you have good SEO, you'll be fine. :)
