Also..if I buy this software, how do I integrate it into my website? I don't know much html. Are there forms in the software that will allow me to follow easy instructions and then the desired output will be made?

I would recommend LiteCommerce (litecommerce.com) with Affiliate module. Installation and integration is very easy, also you can easily edit templates with some desktop software like Dreamweaver or Frontpage
