Want to know about google adsense?
Question: i am from Bangladesh. can i use google ads on my web page or my blog page? & i know google adsense require two action for payment. One action is "Tax information." Does it necessary in Bangladesh. & what things they want to know about tax information. how much money they give for per click on google ads?

1. Yes you can use it on web page and blog sites as well as it is intended for this purposes.
2. Just make sure you do not make direct persuasion to click on the advertisements.
3. You can promote your sites but not the advertisements.
4. You shouldnt be liable for US tax. But check your tax situation in your country
5. The $/click I have seen ranges from 5cts to over 1 dollar. A Picasa referal conversion can yield 10cts or max $1. Depending on various things like country of download also.

It doesn't matter in which country you live in. you have to submit tax information and also pay tax for your adsense income to your country.
