Best way to promote and price.?

Question: I have a small home-based writing business that I am expanding. I will now be offering packages geared for people using affiliate programs to make money. The package consists of advertising, recruitment advertising, recruitment initial contact email and follow-up emails, as well as a training packet. I have given this packet away before in the past as a "bonus" item but now I want to incorporate it into my usual offering. What price should I ask for it and what is the best way to promote it to affiliates?
