im just 17 and half i had a big blog

but to my stupidity i kept deleting previous blogs and adding new ones..but now from my cousins advise im planning to put all my material there..he advised me to participate in google's adsense program but he dunno if im eligible coz im just 17 and half and plz tell me how can i track the no. of visitors www.site-meter.com doesn't seem to work with this blog.
