If you could have any website with AD Sense on any subject to make money, which subject would it be and why?

I will still have my website because it fits PERFECTLY with Adsense:
- people who come are very responsive to the ads hence high click through
- diverse set of keywords from business planning to business opportunity, to ecommerce to management to angel investors
- good traffic
- good paying keywords
More than anything, consider the responsiveness of audience to the ads. A travel website that provides information on travel to Spain will attract visitors looking for ways to arrange their travel and spend money on their vacation to Spain. Your site provides the info, but the ads will provide hotels, travel agencies, tourist destinations, car rentals -- ads that are likely to get the attention of the users of your site. This is a site that will most likely do well with Adsense.
However, if you are a gaming website where the main purpose of the user is to play games on your site, then Adsense will not perform as well.
I agree with ^imisidro^ or on Career or on Current Economics, which are of interest to public at large.
Put Adsense on every site that you have... irregardless of subject! However, I suggest keeping to subjects that interest you so that working and maintaining the sites is more enjoyable to you... and less work!
If your objective is to make as much money as possible from your Adsense referrals, then the website (or websites)! should be about subjects that pay the most revenue per click.
Adwords advertisers bid on the amount they will pay per click,
so real estate, prestige cars, luxury vacations, gold jewelery diamonds etc. are going to bid more for referrals.
If you want to make a mint by writing websites just for the purpose of getting revenue from Google, then I suggest you do some reading.
