If I am an affiliate to a vendor, and have the URL to a product or service , how do I transfer info to my acct

Question: I am really confused. This is all new to me.I signed up with Dataentrybussiness and they make it sound so simple. I've got an acct with paydotcom and paypal but I 'm uncertain on how to put the info I obtained (i.e .descp of service, ad , URL) in my Yahoo! Search Marketing acct. Can someone please explain this to me in plain english? Thanks!!
