Whats the best Publisher Network.cost wise?

Question: I am starting out so i am on a tight budget. I need either a good honest and low-cost publisher network or does anyone of any low cost affiliate software so i could have an affiliate program on my site?

If you want start an afiliate program on your site ,I suggest to buy or find a free affiliate script program and installed it on your site..I have started a free php script and its good enough but if you want sell something or goods you better use an affiliate provider programs such as clickbank.com and you will get easy manage ,all tools and the low cheap cost,Actually I never used clickbank.com but I think the cost very range .Lets try a free affiliate program script . I also review another afiliate program and merchant on my site take a look and you better get a good solution.
