You can set yourself on a daily budget so that once it hits your daily budget it turns you ads off. I am only willing to spend $30 for this marketing and it does work. I am constantly getting leads almost on a daily basis.
My company uses it. They average paying about $500 per month. Dont use the ad banner campaign, kind of useless.
It hasnt paid for itself in direct sales but in exposure has done well.

You can advertise through it in which case it costs as much or as little as you want. You will make money assuming your services are effectively promoted.
You can also add it to your website to advertise others using it. In that case you will make money based on the popularity and content of your site. It costs only what it takes to set it up.
