Hi lokesh,in India we have only two options ordinary post(standard deleivery they call it) and DHL courier post for which they deduct $15-$20.
Electronic fund transfer will b very soon available in india.

The way i earn is by putting ads by google on my website.

i believe google only paid by check with the options of standard delivery or courier( has services fee).
