That's like wanting to sue the post office for delivering mail you don't want... Grow up.
How are we supposed to know where you can find one if we don't even know where you live, how much money you're willing to spend, etc. Just go get a consulting from an attorney and if he won't take your case he'll refer you to someone else.
fyi unsubscribe does not mean unsubscribe!! all that does when you hit unsubscribe is confirm your email address and it als osend it to other sites who will continue to email you i get the same mail legally you cannot sue them it's considered the same thing as junk mail are you gonna sue giant eagle for sending you a flyer? the only thing you can do is to buy a filter that will filter out all the porn sites or you can get something like a vchip but instead of it being for the tv it's for the computer
or you could just give in and get a bigger penis
Just start calling lawyers and ask. If they're interested thety will ask you to put up a retainer, which could run form $3000 to 10,000.00.
you can't sue them, its up to you to block your pc from it not up to them to stop you from seeing it.
some one at your end must of first clicked on there add
Why don't you just write to them. When I first joined Affiliate-Program-Answers.com, there was a lot of perverts, and just people with no regards to the fact that little kids might be on here. That has really changed ! The people on here WILL speak up for what they feel is wrong. I'm sure you are going to get someones attention. I don't let my kids on here yet, and sometimes when they walk in, I try to watch out for what question I'm answering, because even if it's not about "penises", it may be too adult for them. Why do you have "penis " sites that pop up ? I don't.
First, you need to buy and use a spam filter. Until you get one, go into Yahoo! Mail, click on "Options" (upper right portion of screen), and then click on "spam protection" and set your preferences. Whenever you get spam, report it as such. It will help reduce the crap you receive in your inbox.
Second, all clicking "unsubsribe" does is alert the spammers that you took the time to open the e-mail and read the message. They like that. That made you a target.
Third, while you may have a Yahoo! account, Yahoo! is not sending the spam. Since they are not responsible, you will have a very hard time finding an attorney willing to sue Yahoo! over it. Sue the spammer, not the mail man.
