What should i do if google disabled my adsense account unfairly and won't respond to my emails?

Question:
i had $27 after a few weeks, and for my website, sightforsoreeyes.us , they disabled my account and won't even explain why, despite my filing of a complaint. what should i do to try and get my account back, or at least that $27 if at all possible?

Answers:
If Google detects too many accidental clicks from the same IP they might consider someone is trying to cheat AdSence and drop the account on the website involved. This usually happens when the pay per click conversions are under 1% (websites noticing high traffic (refers) from certain websites without any conversions). A easy way is to check your logs of traffic to your website compared to the amount of clicks on the pay per click AdSense links. Allot of Administrators are like me if they see a potential problem, not like in a court of law where you have to have proof, they just delete the account and figure it out later.

WebProNews - Don't Trick The Google Ad Click

Placing Google AdSense units and navigation elements on a website
can be accomplished without leading to accidental clicks.
Webmasters should beware of doing otherwise.

The many ways webmasters can arrange their site elements could
lead them to drop their AdSense units in inappropriate places.
When there is a chance something could overlap the AdSense unit,
people may click on the ad without meaning to do so.

Welcome to the party pal ! Sorry to hear about it. I've also been a victim but I've never looked back.

HONESTLY - Instead of hankering for Adsense Dollars there are many more sites that pay you a GOOD amount of money.

I am making money from my website to the tune of £5.00 every month and I received £10.00 , JUST for signing up :) I think it's a damn good way to make a Decent Income with your Website or Blog.

I am expecting a payment of £55.00 with 11 websites I have this month. I am planning to increase this number to at least 20 websites :)
Your best bet is to try an alternative to Adsense such as:

Invalid clicks is a "catch all" term that they use, but it does not always mean that the publisher cheated. It can mean anywhere from clicking on your own ads, labeling the ads, inciting visitors to support the site and click on the ads, etc.

It will not be up to Google to prove to you how they caught what they deemed as fraudulent clicks on your site. They will not show you the IPs of those who clicked. Instead, explain to them in a very professional manner that you never caused invalid clicks and send them your logfiles to help prove your case.

You have to remember that the first responsibility of Google is to satisfy their advertisers, where the money comes from; and not the publishers. They need to protect the interests of advertisers at all cost. As a result, any clicks perceived to be less than above-board are investigated oftentimes leading to the cancellation of the account of the advertiser.

There have been many cases of publishers whose account was initially disabled but reinstated from the program. Here are some threads from Webmasterworld.com of such cases:

At 2 cents per hit for $27.00 that is 1350 hits on your pay per click links. I see your website has just been up for 1 month and your hit counter is around 1000 hits last time I looked. So you have more traffic on your pay per click links than the total amount of visitors to your website. Right there is the reason why Google terminated your AdSense account weightier real or imagined they suspected click fraud.
