Question: im looking for "world's best dad" clipart .. im making a t shirt for fathers day and i need it to be like 8 X 10 size so i can corrperate it on to the shirt

You could draw something yourself, go to a photoshop and get it put onto a t shirt. I bet your fater would love that.
