Is TDS applicable on google adwords in india ?

Question: I am an indian citizen.I owned 2 websites.I am using google adwords to increase traffic ranking. I am paying google adwords by my credit cards to their abroad accounts. I want to know whether TDS (Income Tax) is applicable in India on Google adwords. Do i have to pay TDS on google adwords. please help as it is a serious matter.

Answers:
No you only have to provide tax information if you are in the USA.
However if you start making a lot of money from it you may have income reporting and tax obligations in your own country but not with Google.
