Income from any source must be declared. Adsence income could be business income or could be other ordinary income. If you set up a business and declare it business income, there are deductions such as home office, utilities, fees and charges you pay google, etc. You can try to get away with not reporting it but google does report all fees paid out and you might just end up audited. As for your financial aid, it all depends on what they class as income and how it's reported.
You really have to do some work to make adsence pay off in any way to make it worth your while. If you already have a website, you either need a very popular one, or you need to make it popular to make any money off of it. If you are thinking about click fraud, either by your own clicking or having Friends click on the ads on your site, don't! Both Google and Yahoo are being sued and they have both begun to try to crack down and prosecute click fraud.
If you don't have a website, please don't get into this. These BS, bogus sites set up just for adsence income and traffic monitization are making a mess out of the net, screwing up search results, locking up domain names, and driving some people away.
