Google AdWords or Yahoo Search? How do you advertise?


Question:
Google has more searches. But is it cost effective vs. Yahoo? What is your experience?

I ask my self a different question. how can i "steal" another web sites "eye balls"?

if your competitor uses Google, use Google. if your competitor uses yahoo, use yahoo!
Unfortunately, even though Google has more search results, their results are often directories which contain the relevant links. It would be more direct to eliminate the centralization of links found often in a directory. On the other hand, Yahoo allows direct access to ranking of websites, of which many are not mere links within a directory. As a consequence, I really prefer Yahoo for the directness of its searches. And then there's the issue of hidden PageRank algorithms which is constantly changing the flux of search data on Google. There are no such "changeable" algorithms to be found on Yahoo's search engine.
