Does anyone know of a way to track each keyword's roi in a ppc campaign if your site's income source is affiliate programs? The main method everyone says to use is to place the code on your shopping cart thank you page, but I earn my money from affiliate programs. The person clicks onto that site and buys the product from them and so they are the ones with the thank you page.

Unfortunately, web analytics software tracks ecommerce transactions conversion once the sale has been made -- and that means the receipt page or thank you page. The tracking cannot be done at the shopping cart phase because of shopping cart abandonment.
Given that you are merely an affiliate, there is no way to track which keywords bring the most sales unless the company actually gives you access to their servers -- which no company will give you. The most you can get is which keywords bring the most traffic and clickthrough
This is pretty much been an outsourced item since the late 90's. You basically work with a 3rd party that uses ID's for each click that when it is passed to a sale, it can be correlated from where it was sent from. Basically your website developers need only store the ID that the ad generator gives you.
No company gives their hottt keywords.You have to find yourself.
