What is the correct content for web site containing Google Adsense?

Question: i am having a web site and i have published Rapidshare links for free downloading of Songs , Games And softwares .
and i am using Google Adsense on my site.
My question is that can i publish Rapidshare links with on the site containing Adsense coz it may voilate the rules and policies of Google Adsense ,as i think so ..

Does it really voilate the rules and policies of Google Adsense ??
