Very simply. Yes! Depending on what market you are attacking bend your keywords. For Instance; If you are selling winter hats, You would expect people in Chicago to be looking for winter hats. Likewise Buffalo, Olympia in fact just about everywhere that has a harsh winter. So, you use keywords like Chicago winter hats, Illinoise winter hats, Buffalo winter hats, New York winter hats. Did you ever not see someone who didn't search for their home town or state first? It's a comfort zone. There are just too many variations to mention but I'm sure you get the idea.
