Help!.!.!.!about google adsense?

Question: plz tell how to insert google adwords in my site.i can only insert banner ads and search box only.in content ask me to add channels but how i do it and what is channel plz tell

my friends visted my site and click that ads and signup successfully using my site but i dont earn money.then i c my history only clicks and ctr increased but conversion is 0.00 & earn also.why?
plz help in detailed.
