why dont you create an on line dairy of your life as it happens day by day like a blog ,,
Blogs are ok for people who care about reading them. .
Since your doing ads you really need some kind of content that can get people to come back over and over again. This is the hardest part of web design in my opinion.
In my experience sites that have some kind of knowledge to offer that is constantly updated will always attract visitors. Sites like http://howstuffworks.com , http://tutorialized.com , and http://pixel2life.com are what I'm referring too.
Also having some kind of place for visitors to engage in a community with other visitors will ensure people to come back. Forums and chat rooms rooms are an example of place for them to engage. You can even take it one step farther and include some kind of way for them to contribute to the site like a news portal or a download directory for files and a person blog section.
But the best sites are those that have a great idea that are unique and have basically no competition. Like http://youtube.com or http://myspace.com . Note* I know those sites now have competition now but when they first came out on the internet they were unique.
You do not need a website to join affiliate progra, just upload one index.htm in geocities.com and start earning money. Check http://rienma.com/

You could build a website where you blog about internet marketing and work from home opportunities that you have researched and recommend...I'm not sure about pay for click programs but PIP system builds your website for you and tells you of some good affiliate programs to join for more info go to site below...hope this helps...I've had success with it...

What do you like to do? That's the first question you should ask. What's going to get you out of bed in the morning, typing on the computer at 2:30AM, answering people's questions?
My niche happens to be that I enjoy coaching people in making money through affiliate programs... as well as a few other niches, but I REALLY enjoy this affiliate marketing arena, which is why I'm in here (when I could be in bed) answering questions on the topic... I happen to know some things about affiliate marketing that very few people know.
I also enjoy helping people with Identity Theft, exposing fraudulent people, and helping individuals with legal issues that they face... as well as a few other arenas in which I've built relatively successful businesses.
But that doesn't matter. What matters is what YOU like to do. There are millions of products and services waiting to be sold, and millions of people waiting to buy them. But they're waiting for YOU to build a market that will be interested. You build a market that will be interestED, by being interestING to that market.
Even if you buy PPC ads, you will want to grab email addresses from visitors so that you can sell to them over and over again, so you'd better have something to say to them, even if what you have to say is little or seemingly insignificant. (I promise you though, it's not insignificant.)
So, how do you spend your time on a daily basis?
Do you play Football? Enjoy watching football on TV?
Do you collect every new Guinness Pint Glass that comes out? Does your wife like to change her hair color every three months?
What kinds of pets do you have?
Do you have kids?
What's the wierdest thing about your kids (if you do have them)?
When people ask you for advice, in what topical arenas are they asking for advice?
I hope you see what I'm getting at here. Once you've identified what you enjoy working on, the rest will begin to flow. Even if there's a small or limited market for what you enjoy doing, there's guaranteed to be a market.
Don't just build another "how to make money while you're brushing your teeth" website. There are already far too many like that online.
The value you bring to the world is so much greater than that. So, decide what you like to do, and then start building a website (and a business) around that.

set-up an information blog at blogger.com. blogger is part of google and is free. then use adsence thru google and get paid. pick a subject that you are most fimiliar with and update regularly. i do this and get a monthly check from google, not much but it all adds up. information for you site can be obtained off the internet. good luck
