You will need to access your website at your webhost/server via either FTP or cpanel.
Once you are in, find your 'public-html' folder and open it. Then find your website's main page usually called 'index.html' and open it for editing.
Next find the Google source code, it will look like this:

The second line is the publisher ID number. Just delete the one you have now and replace it with your own. Save/overwrite this and there you go.

You will need to have your own adsense account approved by Google.You also have to have a bank account that they can verify.Then you can make your own ads to place on your pages.
log in to your google adsense account
click the AdSense Setup tab
follow the normal procedure to make an ad
cut and paste the ad into notepad
also cut out only the publisher ID from an existing page and paste it into notepad also.
now you can easily use find and replace on the old publisher id in all the pages.
if the site is HUGE, get a "global find and replace" program and you can do the whole site at once.
You can go into your account.. copy new ads... and just replece old code.. with new one ... if you need further help contact me..
