why google rejects my Top & popular websites, why they are not accpeting us and after a week they say, you website did not meet our criteria , so do not ask us why we are not accepting? I that programme is farad ? if not how I can Join in this programme again to earn online. what they want to required ? please advise and guide many users?

Google adsense is pretty liberal. For them to totally reject a site it must have some pretty nasty content on it such as porn, advocating violence or hate. They also will not deal with sites that steal others content or copyrighted work. They also avoid sites that promote illegal activities.
