Also, if you go with my suggestion and get the "Green" shirt form Hollister, I think that you should get the green shoes, instead of orange. Then it would have different shades of green. But you don't have to.

Ok, I'm a guy so probably don't qualify for this sort of thing, but I really don't think that those jeans will go with those shoes.
The jeans are too thin and low at the ankle and will make your legs looked tapered and the shoes stand out for the wrong reasons. You need to wear jeans/trousers that stop just above the shoes and are slightly wider at the ankles to give balance to the legs because you are wearing heels. The thin jeans will pronounce the shoes too much and being orange they don't need that. You need them to be striking but subtle.
As for a top, then I recommend something to compliment the shoes, maybe an orange short sleeve blouse/shirt, a black one with an orange belt of some kind, or a white one with some colour on it somewhere (not necessarily orange).
It all depends on your skin/hair colouring, but hey what do I know, I'm just a guy...
Maybe, being young, you have not noticed that these shoes are made of manmade material - probably tacky. Leather would be much smarter and healthier, and allows feet the freedom to be the shape they are meant to be.
And while 3" heels may be OK for special occasions for 14 year olds, they're hardly good for kids' feet for long hours of daytime use. Just find out first about the foot problems you might be storing up for yourself in later years! These shoes will seem less glamorous in the light of that. What are the school authorities actually thinking of, if they permit these shoes to be worn in class??!! (But they're a fun colour.)
As to shirt. Won't you be needing a clean one every day? (There's nothing more unglamorous than BO.) If not planning to wash clothes every day, you'll need maybe 5 shirts for school - so go for cheap and cheerful! People would admire your cleverness if you find something just right in Walmart etc. Keep expensive stuff for out-of-school wear, away from ballpoint stains and all the rest. Otherwise you'll appear to be empty-headed. (Which I'm sure you're not really!)
if i was you i'd definately wear either a black or a orange shirt, nd if u can't find a hot shirt in the colour you want change the shoes to match. as its for school id get a really hot blouse. if you can't find a blouse go for a cami or a vest.
