Is there a Postbank in Amsterdam, an affiliate to Betje Bv Services?

Question: Betje Bv Services website collapsed in Dec. 05 and I've been told its affiliated to Postbank in Amsterdam, just checking if anyone has any link to this on line banking service. Betje Bv Services is/was an international on line bank where I had an account but just cant make contact as I can get the new web site. This bank has branches in London and New York with its Head Office in Amsterdam.
