Google adsense for person under 18?

The only way it will affect taxes is if you make money, but that's a good thing. If you make an extra $1000.00 the first year, she would have to claim the income. The tax would depend on several factors, such as tax bracket, and deductions, but it would likely be between $50 and $100. The maximum tax on $1000.00 would be $500.00, but if she were in the maximum tax bracket, or if earnings increase, it would be easy to write off business expenses for this new business.
An easy way to handle this is to receive the money in a separate business account, and make sure you save 40% of it for the end of the year. Then you would receive 60% of the money without having to worry about how to pay for taxes in April.
It is possible to make a six-figure income with AdSense, but that would take time, and a lot of work. More realistic numbers would be an extra $10.00 to $100.00 a month, unless the site gets really popular. Nice site, by the way.
As a minor, you need your parent to sign up for you with Adsense.

Does AdSense have a minimum age requirement for participation?
As stated in the AdSense Terms and Conditions, publishers must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the AdSense program.
If you are not yet 18, you may have a parent or guardian submit an application using their name as the payee name. Please note that, should the application be approved, all payments will be made to the adult responsible for the site.

If you make money from Adsense, there are tax implications and your parents will have to pay tax on the income received. And there's no escaping it because Google will send your parents and the IRS the Form 1099 which reports how much your account earned from Adsense
I suggest you and your mom read the section of Adsense help center on
