Well if some of the websites are to be believed terms like "student loan consolidation" and themes having to do with mortgage rates are popular. At one time there was this complicated word associated with cancer that was believed to be one of the most profitable high-paying keywords.
But the fact of the matter is that you really just can't tell!

that had a $1000 advertiser and I just don't know what keyword generated this high-paying rate so your blog could be about almost anything and still generate a high-paying keyword.
