No one is. Unless its an affiliate that has cornered the market on a record number of web visitations through many portal web sites, which is rare because the person already had an advantage through established web sites and businesses before hand.
Kind of like Yahoo. If you see an add on Yahoo, they are an affiliate and collect revenue from those adds because they have a record amount of visitors in the millions. Its a no brainer at that point.
