Nothing can be compatible with MySpace because
(a) it is against the terms and conditions of MySpace to use your pages as an ad serving page; and
(b) Javascript won't work in MySpace and most of the ad networks use javascript
But if you will use it on a website or blog (not MySpace) then you can consider the following contextual ad agencies

I have signed up with Adsenses and have received confirmation from them. It take 1 -2 days if you can provide them with a website or blog. Still trying to install the program not sure. Any way good Luck to you.

You cant put any form of paid advertisements on Myspace, they will delete your page. The most you can get away with is maybe a referal link.
Do you agree that you have the right to
- choose the ads you want to receive,
- only read ads that you are interested in, and
- get paid to read those ads?
