Are there any other programs like google adsense out there who show ads on the site & pay?

I haven't been kicked out of it but I earn a small revenue and it's not worth my time that much. I also tried Adbrite, but not good results either. I cannot use Yahoo published (I am not american).
But I use Text Link Ads and I am very pleased with them. I used it for 4 months now and earned almost 400 USD. And it's gonna increase since I have more sites with better PR ... I would recommend them .. I am pleased with them and I hope to increase revenue.
The good thing is that I don't have to put banners, but a small list if links. less intrusive for my visitors. I cannot get banned for invalid clicks .. and usually the advertisers keep the spot bought the next month. If you have a pr3 at least site with a good Alexa rank too, you can earn quite some bucks.
I have tried Google adsense... since June I only made $11... not worth the time really...
but I was referred on to this other site which I joined and it is amazing the possibilities of an online income... It Is HUGE!

You can also earn from text based ads to display on your sites relevant text.. You can try @ http://www.text-link-ads.com/
Unlike seperate adspace provided by google or yahoo, these text based will display ads on the words that your site has.. Happy earning.. :)
