Do Low-Budget TV Affiliates Still Syndicate Reruns of TV Shows/Movies?

Question: CW50 in Detroit still does it to extent, but none of the other affiliates really do it anymore.

I don't know of many at all..I think the bid corporate stations have wiped out the little man again on this one too.
