Can i use a blog to post my adsense banners? or it has to be a domain name ? lets say, i don't have a website i go and register for a free blogging site and i create like 100 or 200 blogs and then post the Adsense banners on each blog will that be ok with Google or not?

yes you can use it good idea but it is hard to maintain all and get traffics instead concentrate on few sites first, and after that u earn than u can make thousands of them... ;)
