You will need to set up a bank account with a parent. Or you can just ask google to make the check payable to you. ONce you get the check you can go with a guardian to a bank and cash it out.
Its very hard to do an online money making business as a minor unless you have a help of a parent or guardian.

If you are not yet 18, you may have a parent or guardian submit an application using their name as the payee name. Please note that, should the application be approved, all payments will be made to the adult responsible for the site."
Just make sure you give the name of your parent or guardian, and all payments will be sent to them.
