If you're talking about affiliate (AKA incentive) programs, such as http://gaming.free4me.net/?r=8958,... then no there should not be any problems. I have been doing these for over a year and have not had any problems. The only thing that happens as a result is they try to solicit you via email or snail mail to buy their products or whatever, but you can easily block them from doing so through your post office. Other trusted sites are www.offercentric.com, www.trainn.org, or www.free4me.net.
