Google adsense?

Question:

I can't load any page that are relevant to google adsense. I mean with regard to joining their program (I can see adverts on other sites). I have deleted cookies and temp internet files but the pages just turn white and never load. I have been able to join by using another PC on another IP address so what is it that is stopping these pages from loading on my regular PC ??

maybe the javascript is disabled in your pc..chk that
