Question: i realy need to know if i give them my tax information if i'll have to pay taxes from them.

Answers:
At the end of the year, Google will send your 1099
MISC (the self-employed version of the W-2) for your Adsense income. The same will be submitted to the IRS.

So you have to pay your taxes on your Adsense income because Google will report it to the IRS.
