Question: Can someone tell me why does ask jeeves have their own search engine but offers ads google on their websites myway.com and iwon.com?

Google is trying to expand its reach, hence it has recruited partners such as Ask Jeeves and AOL to use their ads as well. It is all about market reach -- and these sites are agreeing to use Adsense ads possibly because of the sweet deals that Google has given them.
