check out my blog at penceblog.blogspot.com. One of my first posts deals with that very topic. You basically copy your adsense code and paste into your blogger html code. They make it pretty easy.

Here's my original post.

How to add sponsors to your blogspot blog
Adding advertisements from sponsors seems like a challenging task, but google's adsense makes this process quite easy. If you are not familiar with adsense, it allows you add customizable advertisements from sponsors. You control the size and layout of the ads and adsense does the rest. Adsense analyzes the contents of your site and picks out the keywords and even the context of how these words are being used. They then select advertisements that are relevant to the content on the page. Once you have an account created, you will then begin earning income every time someone visits your sponsors.

Here's how you add AdSense advertisements to your page.

Make sure you have a blogspot account already set up.
Next visit the adsense page at google.com. For your convenience, I have included a button on my blog that will take you directly to the account creation page.
Once you have your account created, you can begin designing the advertisements to display on your page. You have three types of ads: AdSense for Content, Adsense for Search, and Referrals. We will walk through the first type "AdSense for Content," but the other types use similar steps.
From the AdSense for Content tab, you just fill out the form until you get to the code at the bottom. This is the html code for your advertisement.
Copy the html code from step 4 and go back to the Template tab in your blogger account.
This is probably the hardest step in the process, because you need to figure out where to place the advertisemnt on your page. In the html code that appears, you need to scroll down until you find the "body" section. I think the best way get the hang of it is trial-and-error. Experiment by pasting it in different parts of the body and then click the preview button. Clicking the preview button opens a new window that shows you how your site will look. If you mess up, all you have to do is select the Clear Edits button and try pasting it somewhere else.

Once you have the AdSense advertisement where you want it, select the Save Template Changes button. If successful, you will see a message that "Settings Were Saved Successfully."
You must now click the Republish icon to finalize your blog. And that's all there is to it.
Once you've got your AdSense advertisement on your page, you will want to check it frequently to see how it is doing and consider moving the advertisement around until you find a good placement. Google has some AdSense optomization tips on their site, and you can find other sites with tips on how to maximize your AdSense revenue.
